Embodied Transformation Practice
The art form and social technology Social Presencing Theater (SPT) brings together embodyment and mindfulness with group intelligence, systemic / social change with creative expression. The SPT experience space is held by curiosity, mindfulness, loving kindness and mutual support.

The practice sessions are a space for newcomes and experienced ones to meet on a peer level, to practice SPT and thus to explore change processes physically.

This time we will work with a practice called SEED DANCE. It involves meditation, visualisation, a journaling/writing session, dialogue in couples, small group work with embodied practice.
Language: english with german translations if necessary
20.- to 25,- Euros self assessment.

A journal/notebook and a pen
Comfortable clothes in layers, so you won’t feel too hot or too cold (one part of the exersize might take part outside)
Maybe a blanket or pillow to sit on, we have some things there
A bottle of water and maybe a snack for yourself
About the Facilitator:
Manuela Bosch is a facilitator and guide for transformational experiences in groups, organizations and individuals. She works with various unconventional techniques that include body, consciousness and nature. Since 2015 she has been practicing SPT. She has been part of the SPT Advance Training Program in Rosendale NY from 2016 to 2017. www.manuelabosch.de
You do not need to know Social Presencing Theater already. All experience levels are welcome.
